银杏叶片对辐射损伤小鼠的保护作用

摘    要:目的:研究银杏叶片对~(60)Co-γ射线对小鼠损伤的保护作用。方法:小鼠全身一次性5.0 Gy ~(60)Co-γ射线照射,之后每天灌胃银杏叶片10 mg/只,连续6 d和12 d。于第7天和第13天观察小鼠体重、脾重、睾丸重、骨髓细胞微核率和睾丸细胞微核率。结果:小鼠经照射后灌胃6 d,辐射对照组和银杏组小鼠脾重和脾脏指数显著低于未照射组(P<0.001),银杏组与辐射对照组脾重和脾脏指数差异无显著性(P>0.05)。银杏处理6 d嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核率显著低于辐射对照组(P<0.001)而与未照射组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。生殖细胞微核率银杏组与辐射对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05),两组与未照射组相比显著增高(P<0.01)。辐射后灌胃12 d,银杏组脾重、脾脏指数显著低于辐射对照组(P<0.05);睾丸指数显著高于辐射对照组(P<0.05);PCE微核率和生殖细胞微核率辐射对照组、银杏组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:银杏叶片灌胃对小鼠脾脏、睾丸等脏器和骨髓细胞的辐射损伤具有一定的保护作用。其中对骨髓细胞的辐射保护作用出现较早,对脾脏、睾丸的保护作用出现较晚。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the anti-irradiating damage activities of Ginkgo leaf preparation. Methods: Each mouse generally irradiatexl by 5.0 Gy 60 Co-r ray was given through stomach 10mg Ginkgo leaf preparation per day for 6 days and 12 days(ear,h mouse of radiation injured control group was given through stomach 1ml normal saline per day for 6 days and 12 days). On the 7th day and 13 day, the weight of mice, weight of mice spleen and spleen index, weight of mice spermary and testjcular index, micronuclei rates of PCE in bone marrow of mice and germ cell of mice were observed. Re-Sults:On the 7th day, the weight of mice spleen in radiation injured control group and Ginkgo group was lower than that of normal group( P < 0.001) ; but the differences between weight of mice spleen in Ginkgo group and that of radiation injured control group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). The micronuclei rates of PCE in bone marrow of mice in Ginkgo group was lower than that in radiation injured control group ( P < 0.001); but the differences between that of Ginkgo group and that of normal group was not statistically significant( P > 0.05). The differences between micronuclei rates in Ginkgo group and that of radiation injured control group in germ cell was not statistically significant ( P > 0.05), the micronuclei rates in Ginkgo group and radiation injured control group in germ cell was higher than that of normal group in germ cell ( P < 0.01) . On the 13th day, the weight of mice spleen in Ginkgo group was lower than that in radiation injured control group ( P < 0.05) ;The testis index of Ginkgo group was higher than that of radiation injured control group ( P < 0.05); the differences between micronuclei rates of Ginkgo group and that of radiation injured control group in PCE and germ cell was not statistically significant. Conclusion: There was proctective effect of Ginkgo leaf preparation on irradiating injury in mice spleen spermary and PCE. There was proctective effect of Ginkgo leaf preparation on irradiating injury in PCE on the 7th day and in the spleen and spermary on the 13d* day.
