辅酶Q_(10)、高压氧及控制性再灌注时间对牛心肌再灌注损害的影响

摘    要:阻断牛心脏前降支动脉45分钟作为缺血心肌模型。通过正交试验及超微定量分析,探讨辅酶Q_(10)、高压氧及控制性再灌注时间对缺血心肌再灌注损害的影响。结果表明,控制性再灌注中应用辅酶Q_(10)或高压氧能更有效地减轻心肌超微结构的损害,两者合用疗效更佳。控制性再灌注时间的作用不明显。

Abstract:The bovine hearts blocked at the left anterior descending artery for 45 minutes are made as an ischemic model. The effects of coenzyme Q10, hyperbaric oxygen and duration of controlled reperfu-sion on the ischemic myocardial reperfusion injury are observed by orthogonal design and quantitative analysis of myocardial ultrastructure. The results show that the use of controlled reperfusion combined with coenzyme Q10 or hyperbaric oxygen can more effectively decrease the injury of the myocardial ultrastructure, and the combined use of both coenzyme Q10 and hyperbaric oxygen yields the best result. The duration of the controlled raperfusion has no significant effect on reperfusion injury.
