宁夏2008年死因谱与疾病负担研究

目的调查2008年宁夏死因谱与疾病负担情况。方法对2008年宁夏死因监测资料和全区各级医疗机构《医院出院病人调查表》进行整理和统计分析。结果 2008年全区共报告死亡病例15210例。其中,男性占62%,女性占38%。男、女主要死因均为慢性病,占所有死因77.9%;女性慢性病死亡比例高于男性,男性伤害死亡的比例高于女性;65岁以上年龄组占56.3%;30岁以下年龄组（除0～岁组）因伤害死亡所占比例最大;而在40岁组以上年龄组,则因慢性病死亡占最大比例。前5位的死因顺位依次是循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、伤害、呼吸系统疾病和消化系统疾病。按照人均潜在减寿年数（PYLL）排位,则以伤害居首位（45.8年）。在各种死亡原因中因伤害引起的死亡人群平均死亡年龄最小。人均住院费用以恶性肿瘤为高,为13112.76元,其次是伤害和循环系统疾病,在万元以下。结论循环系统疾病仍居死因第一位,恶性肿瘤已经成为第二位死因威胁着人群建康。伤害和恶性肿瘤造成人群健康负担严重并且住院费用高,应该高度重视伤害和恶性肿瘤的预防与控制。
