龟鹿二仙胶加味方联合泼尼松片治疗Duchenne型肌营养不良的疗效观察

目的 观察龟鹿二仙胶加味方联合泼尼松片治疗Duchenne型肌营养不良（Duchenne muscular dystrophy，DMD）的疗效。方法 将49例DMD患者随机分为观察组（19例）、对照组（30例）。观察组采用龟鹿二仙胶加味方联合泼尼松片的中西医结合治疗方案，对照组仅用泼尼松片治疗。治疗前及连续治疗3个月后，分别观察自汗盗汗、步行异常等临床症状的改善情况，并检测血清肌酸激酶（creatine kinase, CK）、乳酸脱氢酶（lactic dehydrogenase,LDH）、肌酸激酶同工酶（creatine kinase-MB, CK-MB）水平。结果 连续治疗3个月后，观察组自汗盗汗、步行异常评分显著升高（P<0.05），两组治疗前后自汗盗汗、步行异常、睡眠质量异常、乏力懒言评分差值的差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后CK、CK-MB水平均显著下降（P<0.05），两组治疗前后LDH、CK-MB差值的差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 龟鹿二仙胶加味方联合泼尼松片不仅改善DMD患者的临床症状，而且修复其血清CK、CK-MB的异常。

Clinical Effect of Jiawei Guilu Erxian Glue Combined with Prednisone in Treatment of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Guilu Erxian Glue combined with prednisone tablets in the treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). Methods A total of 49 patients with DMD were randomly divided into observation group with 19 patients and control group with 30 patients. The patients in the observation group were given integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy with Jiawei Guilu Erxian Glue and prednisone tablets, and those in the control group were given prednisone tablets alone. After 3 months of continuous treatment, the two groups were observed in terms of improvement in the clinical symptoms such as spontaneous sweating, night sweating, and abnormal gait, and the serum levels of creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB) were measured. Results After 3 months of continuous treatment, the observation group had significant increases in the scores of spontaneous sweating, night sweating, and abnormal gait (P<0.05), and there were significant differences between the two groups in the changes in the scores of spontaneous sweating/night sweating, abnormal gait, abnormal sleep quality, and weakness and laziness to speak after treatment (P<0.05). The observation group had significant reductions in the levels of CK and CK-MB after treatment (P<0.05), and there were significant differences between the two groups in the changes in the levels of LDH and CK-MB after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Jiawei Guilu Erxian Glue combined with prednisone tablets can not only improve the clinical symptoms of DMD patients, but also repair the abnormalities of serum CK and CK-MB.
