| 摘 要： | 糖尿病性胃轻瘫的病机可分为基本病机和前行病机。基本病机为脾失运化，前行病机为血瘀、痰浊、气滞、湿阻等。治疗应采取共性治疗和个性治疗。共性治疗包括理气运脾、燥湿运脾、益气健脾、淡渗实脾和消食健脾。个性治疗包括行气燥湿、化痰降浊、活血化瘀等。

| Abstract: | Pathogenesis of diabetic gastroparesis (DG) can be divided into basic pathogenesis and antecedent pathogenesis. The basic pathogenesis is disfunction of the spleen in transport, and the antecedent pathogenesisincludes blood stasis,phlegm stagnation, stagnation of Qi, dampness retention. According to basic pathogenesis and antecedent pathogenesis, general treatment and special treatment should be used respectively. Basic treatment includes regulating the flow of Qi to activate the spleen, eliminating dampness to activate the spleen, replenishing Qi to invigorate the spleen, inducing diuresis to reinforce the spleen and promoting digestion to invigorate the spleen. Special treatment includes promoting circulation of Qi to remove dampness, resolving phlegm and removing turbid pathogens and activating circulation of blood to remove blood stasis. |
