灵芝孢子粉对四氯化碳致大鼠肝硬化的干预作用

摘    要:目的:观察灵芝孢子粉对肝硬化大鼠脏器指数及肝组织形态的影响。方法:80只健康SD大鼠被随机均分为4组.即空白对照组、模型组、灵芝孢子粉低剂量组、灵芝孢子粉高剂量组。除空白对照组不做处理外,其他各组采用四氯化碳菜籽油溶液复制模型,模型复制同时灌胃给予灵芝孢子粉混悬液,连续8周后测量肝脾湿质量,取肝左叶制备切片用于苏木精-伊红染色。结果:①与空白对照组比较,模型组体质量显著降低(P〈0.05),肝湿质量、肝指数、脾指数显著增加(P〈0.05);与模型组比较,灵芝孢子粉低、高剂量组肝指数显著降低(P〈0.05)。②与模型组比较,灵芝孢子粉低、高剂量组肝脏汇管区有少量纤维组织增生,但未见假小叶结构。结论:灵芝孢子粉可以抑制四氯化碳对大鼠肝纤维化的作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of Lucid Ganoderma Spores Powder on organ coefficients and hepatic histomorphology in rats with carbon tetrachloride induced-hepatocirrhosis. Methods: Eighty healthy Sprague Dawley rats were randomly and averagely divided into four groups: normal control group (Group A), model group (Group B), low dose group of Lucid Ganoderma Spores Power(Group C),high dose group of Lucid Ganoderma Spores Powder( Group D). Except Group A, the other groups were induced hepatocirrhosis by carbon tetrachloride-rapeseed oil liquor. At the same time, the models were given Lucid Ganoderma spores suspension. Four weeks later, the wet mass of liver and spleen was measured, respectively, and then the left hepatic lobe was obtained to prepare serial sections for hematoxylin-eosin dyeing. Results: (1) The body mass in Group B was significantly decreased, while liver wet mass, liver coefficient and spleen coefficient significantly were increased compared with those in Group A. The liver coefficient 'in Group C and Group D was significantly decreased compared with that in Group B. (2) Compared with that in Group B, a small quantity of fibroplasias could be found in the portal area of liver, but the pseudo-lobule was not seen. Conclusion: Lucid Ganoderma spores can inhibit the hepatic fibrosis induced by carbon tetrachloride.
