白癜风模型动脉酪氨酸酶含量及血液流变性改变

目的：研究化学脱色法复制白癜风模型动物血液中酪氨酸酶含量及血液流变性指标的变化。方法：用５％过氧化氢涂布于豚鼠的黑毛区，每日２次，连续５０ｄ，腹主动脉取血，用分光光度计测酪氨酸酶含量和用ＬＩＡＮＧ－１００型血液比粘度计测血液流变性指标。结果：模型动物血中酪氨酶含量减少，血液流变性指标明显升高。结论：用化学脱色法处理的动物有模拟白癜风的作用。

STUDY ON CONTENT OF TYROSINASE IN THE BLOOD AND HEMORRHEOLOGY IN VITILIGO ANIMAL PATHOLOGICAL PATTERN

Objective:To study the content of tyrosinase in the blood and hemorrheology in vitiligo animal pathological pattern.Method:To apply 5% H 2O 2 on the black skin of guinea pigs,2 daily,for 50 days,and draw blood from abdominal aorta,and determine the content of tyrosinase by spectrophotometer and indexes of hemorrheology by LIANG 100 blood rate viscosimeter.Result:the tyrosinase descended and the indexes of hemorrheology increased.Conclusion:Chemical decolorizer can be used to simulate vitiligo animal pathological pattern.
