摘    要:目的建立新藤黄酸羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物冻干粉中新藤黄酸含量的测定方法。方法色谱柱:Hypersil ODS2 C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸(90∶10);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:358 nm;柱温:25℃。结果新藤黄酸线性范围为10-80μg/ml,r=0.999 6,加样回收率为102.3%,RSD=2.74%(n=9)。结论高效液相色谱法简单快捷,精密度、重现性好,可以作为新藤黄酸羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物冻干粉针的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determining the content of neogambogic acid in the Inclusion Complex Freeze-dried Powder of Neogambogic Acid with Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.Methods The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was performed on a Hypersil ODS2 C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with column temperature at 25 ℃,a mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.1% H3PO4 water(90∶10),a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,and ultraviolet detector wavelength at 358 nm.Results The liner range of neogambogic was 10~50 μg/ml,r=0.999 6.The mean recovery rate was 102.3%,and RSD was 2.74%(n=9).Conclusion HPLC is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Inclusion Complex Freeze-dried Powder of Neogambogic Acid with Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.
