针药结合治疗脑卒中后抑郁症30例

目的观察针刺结合药物治疗脑卒中后抑郁症（post-stroke depression,PSD）的临床疗效。方法将60例PSD患者随机分为针药组和西药组,各30例。针药组以针刺百会、内关、太冲、合谷等穴位为主,并口服氟西汀;西药组单纯口服氟西汀。8周后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton depression scale,HAMD）和中国卒中量表（Chinese stroke scale,CSS）评价两组临床疗效,并观察两组不良反应。结果针药组在降低PSD患者HAMD、CSS评分,改善抑郁症状和神经功能方面的疗效显著优于西药组（P〈0.05）,且不良反应少。结论针刺结合药物治疗PSD的疗效确切,不良反应少。

Acupuncture Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Post-stroke Depression: A Report of 30 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods A total of 60 PSD patients were averagely randomized into treatment group treated with acupuncture combined with medicine,and control group treated with western medicine.On the basis of conventional treatments,patients in the treatment group were treated by acupuncture at Baihui(DU20),Neiguan(PC6),Taichong(LR3),Hegu(LI4)and other acupoints,combined with fluoxetine;while patients in the control group only took fluoxetine.Eight weeks later,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated using Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and Chinese stroke scale(CSS),and the adverse reactions were also observed.Results The therapeutic effects of treatment group were significantly superior to those of control group in decreasing the scores of HAMD and CSS,ameliorating the symptoms of depression,and improving the neurological functions(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the treatment group were less than those in the control group.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with drug has good effects and less adverse reactions in treating PSD.
