外关穴皮部浅刺与常规针刺激活脑区的功能性磁共振成像比较

摘    要:目的:运用功能性磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)技术,观察外关穴皮部浅刺与常规针刺对脑部各区域的激活情况,探讨不同层次针刺对特定脑区激活的异同。方法:对8例青年志愿者先行外关穴(右侧)皮部浅刺,2周后再行常规针刺,分别进行fMRI脑部扫描。统计在皮部浅刺和常规针刺状态下,脑部各感兴趣区(regions of interest,ROIs)的激活点数、激活例数、激活强度,并对激活的相同脑区进行比较分析。结果:外关穴皮部浅刺和常规针刺均可引起脑部多个区域的激活,两种针刺对脑区的激活例数、激活点数影响没有显著性差异;常规针刺对右侧小脑的激活强度高于皮部浅刺(P〈0.05)。结论:皮部浅刺和常规针刺都能不同程度地激活脑部功能区,常规针刺能够相对特异地激活小脑,初步表明该特异激活与针刺效应相关。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the brain activating effect of cutaneous needling and regular needling using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), and explore the difference of different needling layers. Methods: Eight young volunteers were given cutaneous needling and regular needling respectively under fMRI brain scanning. All the data were analyzed with SAS 9.13 software package. Data of the aetiva ring number, activating strength and activating cases of regions of interest in cutaneous needling and regular needling were obtained. Resuhs: Cutaneous needling and regular needling of Waiguan(SJ5)eould activate certain brain functional regions, and no significant difference was found in activating number and activating cases between the two methods. The activating strength in right cerebellum of regular needling was greater than that of cutaneous needling. Conclusion: Both cutaneous needling and regular needling can activate certain brain functional regions to different extent. Regular needling can relatively activate cerebellum in specificity, which is correlated to the clinical application of SJ5.
