| 摘 要： | 急性肺损伤以其发病致死率高为特点成为临床上常见的呼吸系统急危重症。中医药以其独特的理论，在预防和治疗急性肺损伤疾病过程中取得了显著疗效。查阅历年来中药保护急性肺损伤的实验性研究相关文章，对其可能作用机制进行总结。

| Abstract: | Acute lung injury characterized by high mortality is a common intense respiratory condition. With its unique theory, Chinese medicinal has a marked effect in the prevention and treatment of acute lung injury. We summarized the probable mechanisms by consulting the correlated literature. |
