循期阴阳序贯疗法对卵巢早衰患者性功能的影响

目的探讨循期阴阳序贯疗法对卵巢早衰患者性功能的影响。方法采用随机、对照原则,选60例患者分为中药组、中西医结合组、西药组,中药组选择左归丸及右归丸为治疗用药,西药组给予雌孕激素序贯疗法,中西医结合组中西药同用。所有患者均以3个周期为1个疗程,进行总疗效观察判定;采用酶联免疫吸附法检测治疗前后FSH和E2以及性功能积分量化比较。结果卵巢早衰患者中药组有效率为60%,中西医结合组有效率为75%,西药组有效率为45%;中药组与中西医结合组比较差别无显著意义(P>0.05),中药组、中西医结合组与西药组总有效率比较差别均有显著意义(P<0.05),说明中药组及中西医结合组治疗效果明显优于西药组,而中药丸剂与汤剂无明显差异。结论循期阴阳序贯疗法主要是通过纠正紊乱的生殖内分泌轴和恢复部分卵巢功能,从而改善卵巢早衰患者的性功能。

Influence of the Yin-yang Sequential Therapy Following the Menstrual Cycles on the Sexual Functions of Patients with Premature Ovarian Failure

Objective To study the influence of the Yin-yang Sequential Therapy Following the Menstrual Cycles on the sexual functions of patients with Premature Ovarian Failure(POF).Methods Choose 60 examples of POF patients,randomly divided the cases into Chinese medicine group,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group and western medicine group.Patients in Chinese medicine group were treated with Zuogui Pill and Yougui Pill,and those of the western medicine group by estrogen/progestin sequential therapy and cases in combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group received both treatments.Three menstrual periods made a therapeutic course.Then the total effective rates were observed and compared.In addition,we tested the content of FSH and E2 with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and compared the sexual functions of patients before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 60 %,combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group 75 % and western medicine group 45 %.There was no significant differences between Chinese medicine group and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group(P>0.05).Compared to western medicine group,the total effective rate of the other two groups were higher respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The Yin-yang Sequential Therapy Following the Menstrual Cycles may promote the sexual functions of patients with POF by regulating reproduction-endocrine-axis and restoring partial ovarian function in patients.
