| 摘 要： | 目的用实验的方法探讨经轻胶囊治疗经前期抑郁的机理。方法在雌大鼠的动情期给予高剂量的外源性雌激素来模拟经前的高雌激素状态，观察经轻胶囊对实验动物中枢5-HT的影响。结果实验雌大鼠中枢5-HT含量下降、海马5-HT1A受体表达下降和5-HT2A受体表达升高，经轻胶囊能够干预上述变化。结论经轻胶囊治疗经前期抑郁症的疗效可能与抑制中枢5-HT有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the mechanism of Jingqing capsule in the treatment of premenstrual depression with experimental methods. Methods High dose of exogenous estrogen was given to simulate the high estrogen condition of premenstrual period during estrus. The effects of Jingqing capsule on central 5 - HT was observed. Results The content of 5 - HT in experimental female rats decreased, the expression of 5 - HTI a receptor in hippocampus decreased, the expression of 5 - HT2a receptor increased. Jingqing capsule could intervene the above changes. Conclusion The mechanism of Jingqing capsule in the treatment of premenstrual depression may correlate with its effects on central 5 - HT. |
