| 摘 要： | 总结经ＣＴ与胃肠钡餐低张造影检查并经手术及病理证实的无功能胰细胞瘤１６ 例， 分析其ＣＴ与胃肠钡餐低张造影的征象。指出典型的无功能胰岛细胞瘤瘤体较大， 对周围脏器有推压征象。ＣＴ平扫为稍低密度肿块病变， 大多数病例瘤体内可有不同程度的钙化， 造影增强后病变无明显强化， 其包膜有间断的不规则增强。胃肠钡餐低张造影对鉴别胃肠源性肿块也有重要意义。

| Abstract: | We summarized 16 cases of nonfunctioning islet cell tumor which were proved by surgery and pathology after CT and hypotonic barium meal examination of gastrointestinal tract.The typical nonfunctioning islet cell tumor were larger mass and showed pushing and pressing signs.Unenhanced CT imaging showed a little lower density mass and there were different degree calification in most of them.On contrast enhanced CT scans,the mass were not enhanced obviously and the capsule were enhanced interruptedly and irregularly.The hyptotonic barium meal examination of gastrointestinal tract was important to distinguish the mass of gastroinetestin. |
