紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床分析

目的]探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法]应用紫杉醇175 mg/m2联合顺铂75 mg/m2方案治疗36例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,并观察疗效和副作用。结果]总有效率达38.9%(14/36),其中初治组有效率为41.2%(7/17),复治组有效率为36.8%(7/19)。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、脱发、恶心呕吐及周围神经炎,但患者可耐受。结论]紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好疗效,毒副反应可耐受。

Clinical efficacy of paclitaxel combination with cisplatin on patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective] To evaluate the efficacy and side-effect of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in the treat of non-small cell lung cancer.Method] A total of 36 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were involved.Paclitaxel was given at a dose of 175mg/m2,followed by cisplatin at a dose of 75 mg/m2.Result] Total efficacy was 38.9%(14/36);the efficacy on the patients with the current cancer was 41.2%(7/17),and the efficacy on patients with recurrent was 36.8%(7/19).The main toxicities included myelo suppression,alopecia,nausea and vomiting,peripheral neuritis.Conclusion] Paclitaxel with cisplatin is an effective regiment for advanced NSCLC.
