摘    要:目的]观察亚慢性砷暴露对雄性小鼠脑组织性基因Ddx3y和Uty表达的影响。方法]SPF级雄性小鼠30只,按体重将小鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量染砷组(1 mg/LAs2O3)和高剂量染砷组(4 mg/LAs2O3),每组10只。自然饮水使小鼠染砷,连续染毒60 d后取脑。RT-PCR法检测雄性小鼠脑组织性基因Ddx3y和Uty的mRNA表达变化。结果]与对照组比较,染砷组小鼠大脑髓质和小脑组织Ddx3y和Uty mRNA表达量明显增多,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。而大脑皮质性基因Ddx3y和Uty mRNA表达量明显减少,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),尤其高剂量染砷组mRNA表达变化更明显。结论]亚慢性砷暴露可下调雄性小鼠脑皮质性基因Ddx3y和Uty的mR-NA表达,同时上调髓质和小脑性基因Ddx3y和Uty的mRNA表达。
