| 摘 要： | 山麦冬总皂甙20mg/kg iv 能明显降低 MAP(P<0.01)、HR(P<0.01)、左室内压(LVP,P<0.01)以及左室内压最大变化速率(dp/dt_(max),P<0.01),使 MVO_2I 显著减少(P<0.01),同时 CO 及左室做功指数(LVWI)也明显降低。山麦冬总皂甙对 TPVR 和左室舒张末压(LVEDP)无明显影响。结果提示,山麦冬总皂甙对心肌有抑制作用,能明显降低心肌耗氧量。

| Abstract: | The effects of total saponins of liriope spicata lour(TSLSL)on hemodynamics in anesthetized cats were studied.The results showed that TSLSL(20mg/kg iv)lowered the blood pressure(BP),LVP,dp/dt_(max) and HR.The MVO_2I was greatly decreased(P<0.01),while the CO was also reduced(P<0.05).LVEDP and TPVR were not altered.These results suggested that the lowering of myocardiac oxygen consumption mainly due to TSLSL's inhibition of cardiac contractivity. |
