卡他莫拉氏菌在下呼吸道感染中的发病情况和对抗生素的敏感性

本文报告了１９９２年４月～１９９２年１２月在我院呼吸病房住院诊断为下呼吸道感染的２０３例，分离出致病菌１３５株，其中莫拉氏菌３０株，占２２．２％，仅次于绿脓杆菌（２３．７％），居第二位。３０例莫拉氏菌感染中，２１例有原发疾病，其中１８例为ＣＯＰＤ。对３０株莫拉氏菌进行药敏感试验，结果表明其对麦迪霉素、红霉素、青霉素、氨苄青霉素、先锋Ｖ、磺苄青霉素的耐药率达５０％以上。对头孢噻肟钠、庆大霉素的耐药率分别为３３．３％与４０％。而对优立新（氨苄青霉素／青霉烷砜）、噻比达（先锋必／青霉烷砜）、环丙沙星、头孢哌酮和丁胺卡那的耐药率＜２０％。

The clinical feature and antibiotic susceptibility of Moraxella catarrhahis in the lower respiratory infections

We have retrospectively studied 203 cases with lower respiratory tract infections administered from April 1992 to December 1992.135 strains of bacterial organisms were isolated from sputum or BALF, among them 30 strains were Moraxella catarrhalis(22.2%) that was just less than the leading strain pseudomouas aeruginosa. Amony 30 cases of Moraxella catarrhalis respiratory infection,21 patients had an underlying disease with 18 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The antimicrobial susceptibility of 30 clinical strains was tested. The rate of resistance to midecamycin, kitasamycin,erythromycin, penicillin, ampicillin was more than 50 percent,to ceftizoxime,gentamicin were 33.3 percent and 40 percent to umasyn, sulperazone,ciprozloxacin,cefoperazone,amikacin was less than 20 percent.
