摘    要:目的]研究超声时间及药材粉碎粒度对超声法提取芦丁产率的影响,从而提高芦丁的提取效率。方法]将不同粉碎粒度的槐花米粉末溶于碱液,超声提取不同时间后,检测不同时间点及不同粉碎粒度药材的芦丁产率,探索超声时间及粉碎粒度对芦丁提取产率的影响。结果]粉碎至不同粒度的槐花米粉末,超声提取后所得芦丁产率在一定时间范围内均与超声时间正相关,而后呈平台趋势,在本实验条件下,采用3号筛的槐花米粉未超声5min后即达到较高提取产率16.46%。结论]药材粉碎粒度及超声时间对芦丁提取效率有着明显影响,超声辅助提取法较传统的碱提酸沉法具有流程短、效率高及成本低等优点。
