| 摘 要： | 自体牙骨粉作为新型骨移植材料，是将患者拔除的无用牙齿制备成粉末状，在患者需要修复牙槽骨组织缺损时代替自体骨组织进行骨移植的一种新技术。研究发现由于自体牙成分类似于骨组织，自体牙骨粉具有诱导牙槽骨新骨形成的作用。相对于其他骨移植材料，自体牙骨粉包含自体骨的所有优点，具有良好的骨诱导和骨传导能力，良好的生物相容性，无需额外的材料费用等特点。本文仅就自体牙骨粉的特性以及在临床中的应用进行阐述。

| Abstract: | As a new bone graft material, autogenous tooth bone graft material is a system that treats patients by manufacturing bone graft powder from their own useless extracted teeth in order to thicken an atrophied residual alveolar ridge. It has been found that auto-tooth bone graft material can induce new bone formation in alveolar bone due to its similar composition to bone tissue. Compared with other bone graft materials, auto-tooth bone graft material contains all the advantages of autogenous bone, such as the outstanding bone induction and bone conduction ability, good biocompatibility, and no additional material costs. This article introduces the characteristics of auto-tooth bone graft material and its clinical application. |
