| 摘 要： | NOD样受体蛋白亚家族（NOD-like receptor proteins，NLRPs）参与机体的固有免疫反应，可受上游信号调控而激活，导致炎症性细胞死亡，即细胞焦亡（pyroptosis）。近年来研究表明，NLRPs炎症小体激活引发的炎症应答与非酒精性脂肪性肝病（nonalcoholic fatty liver disease，NAFLD）的发生发展密切相关，本文对NLRPs炎症小体在NAFLD的发生和疾病进展中的作用进行综述。

| Abstract: | NOD-like receptor proteins (NLRPs) are one of the innate immune pathways and can be activated by several upstream primers, leading to inflammatory cell death termed pyroptosis. Recent studies have shown that the NLRPs inflammasome-mediated inflammatory response is closely associated with the pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). This review will discuss the role of NLRPs inflammasome in the pathogenesis of NAFLD. |
