移植皮瓣治疗肛管上皮缺损（附32例报告）

肛管上皮缺损是肛肠科肛瘘术后、痔环切术后较常见并发症。作者采用移植皮瓣并管型敷料压迫治疗肛管上皮缺损３２例，全部治愈。本文讨论了肛管上皮缺损的病因、临床症状及进行手术的必要性，肛门外括约肌组成及其功能等。移植皮瓣能否成活是手术的关键，采用此种方法１００％成活，说明手术的优点。

Treatment of the defect of anal canal by fiap transplantation

The epithelial defect of anal canal is one of common postoperative comp lications which occur in anorectal surgical procedures(eg,resection of anorectal fistula,hemorrhoidectomy,etc.),The author cured 32 patients who had accepted these operations with flap transplantation and tubular dressing.The article discussed the pathology,symptoms,operative techniques and the function of anal external sphincter when the epithelial defect of anal canal had been occured,and analysed various factors influencing the graftiang,and illustrated the advantages of the technipues.
