| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨中医推拿按摩和654—2相结合的方法治疗小儿功能性复发性腹痛的疗效。方法]180例临床病例随机分为对照组（654—2）、中医组（推拿按摩）和中西医组（654—2＋推拿按摩）等3组，每组60例，治疗观察。结果]发现与对照组比较中医组疗效显著，而中西医结合组的有效率最高（中西医组98．33％，中医组83．33％，对照组63．33％，P〈0．01）。结论]中西医结合治疗小儿腹痛方法效果好，而且方法简单易行，值得临床推广使用。
