烤瓷熔附金属修复体与牙齿美容

目的]观察烤瓷熔附金属修复体(简称金瓷修复体)的，临床修复效果，分析金瓷修复体与牙齿美容的关系，为今后临床应用提供参考。方法]对1995年9月至今的1189例患者制作的2001件金瓷修复体进行即刻和随后的追踪检查并行统计分析，侧重统计牙位，颜色，形态等与牙齿美容关系密切的因素。结果]本组病例金瓷修复体绝大部分用于前牙和前磨牙的修复，颜色分布以A2、A3、B2占多数(70．2％)，大多患者对修复体的形态色泽满意。结论]在牙齿和颜面美容日益受到重视的今天，烤瓷熔附金属修复体不仅能满足恢复牙齿咀嚼功能的要求，也很好地满足了患者对美观方面的要求，是一种较理想的修复体。

Porcelain fused to metal restoration and tooth beauty

Objective] To observe the clinical effect of porcelain-fused-to-metal(PFM) restoration and to dis- cuss the relation of the PFM restoration and tooth beauty importantly. Methods] To 1189 patients with 2001 restorations from 1995 were involved in this study. The emphases was the site and color of the restoration. Re- sults] Most PFM restorations were used to incisor, canine and bicuspid. The color of the 70.2% restoration was A2, A3 and B2. Most patients were satisfied with the color and form of the restoration. Conclusions] PFM restoration can fulfill the chaw and beauty function of the tooth. It is an ideal restoration.
