| 摘 要： | 目前研究认为,影响牙本质粘结的因素有很多,其中影响混合层形成因素均会影响到牙本质粘结强度及微渗漏的形成,而混合层的形成又与树脂突的质量密切相关.在各种不同影响因素下形成的树脂突的数量、长度及混合层的厚度是不同的,且它们与所形成的混合层质量的关系不是绝对的.本文对牙本质粘结界面混合层的研究现状作一综述.

| Abstract: | At present,a lot of research results show that many influence factors on the dentin bonding hybrid layer are related to the dentin bonding strength and microleakage formation, including quality of resin tags. In various influence factors, quantity and length of resin tags, thickness of hybrid layer are different, that are not absolute with quality of hybrid layer. So, a review has been achieved on the hybrid layer of dentin bonding interfaces for providing theoretical basis on clinical operation. |
