| 摘 要： | 目的：检测VEGF在破裂人脑囊性动脉瘤中的表达，探讨脑囊性动脉瘤的发病和破裂机制。方法：应用免疫组化SP法检测VEGF在34例破裂人脑囊性动脉瘤和10例对照组动脉中的表达情况。结果：VEGF在破裂人脑囊性动脉瘤的阳性表达率为76．5％，在对照组动脉的阳性表达率为10％，比较两组的阳性表达率，通过Fisher’s Exact Test检验，P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义；VEGF在动脉瘤壁的内膜、中膜和外膜中均表达，分别比较其阳性表达率，通过x^2检验，P均〉0．05，差异无统计学意义。结论：VEGF在破裂人脑囊性动脉瘤中表达上调，推测其可能和脑囊性动脉瘤的发生和破裂有关。

| Abstract: | Objective： To detect the expression of VEGF in human cerebral saccular aneurysm and explore the pathogenesis of aneurysm. Methods： The expression of VEGF in human cerebral saccular aneurysm was detected with SP immunohistochemical method. Results：The high expressin of VEGF in human cerebral saccular aneurysmal walls in contrast with the low expression in control group had statistical significance. VEGF expressed in internal, middle and external membrane. No statistical significance among them. Conclusion： The up-regulation of VEGF in human cerebral saceular aneurysmal wails may be related with its genesis and development. |
