| 摘 要： | 对四种常见肺科疾病外周血T细胞亚群检测结果如下：结核性胸膜炎CD~+_3、CD~+_4、4／8（CD~+_4／CD~+_8）比值非常显著降低（P＜0.01），CD~+_8显著降低（P＜0.05），慢性肺心病组CD~+_3、CD~+_4、4／8比值显著降低（P＜0.01），文学组CD~+_8明显下降而4／8比值明显升高（P＜0.01），肺癌组CD~+_4、4／8比值明显下降（P＜0.01）．提示上述四种肺科疾病在发生发展中均存在细胞免疫功能紊乱和失调．临床上不失时机地使用免疫调节剂，是应该和必要的．

| Abstract: | The results of examination of T lymphocyte subgroups in Blood of common of pulmonary diseases are discussed as follows. The levels of CD~+_3, CD~+_4, 4/8 decreased obviously (P<0.01 ) and CD~+_4 decreased significantly (P<0. 05) in Pleurisy TB. The levels of CD~+_3, CD~+_4, 4/8 decreased significantly in chronic cor pulmonale group (P<0. 01 ). The levels of CD~+_8 decreased significantly but 4/8 increased (P<0. 01) in bronchial asthma group and CD~+_4, 4/8 decreased obviously (P<0. 01 ) in lung cancer group. The results showed that there existed disturbances of cell immune function during the occuring and development of these diseases. Timely administration of immune regulation agents is necessary in clinic. |
