| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨促进产科腹部横切口愈合的方法。方法：回顾性分析4200例产科经下腹横切口的剖宫产术后切口愈合情况。选取2001年1月至2004年12月入住重庆三峡中心医院产科经下腹横切口的剖宫产病例,其中2001年1月至2002年12月为对照组,总计1992例。2002年1月至2004年12月31日为观察组,总计2318例。结果：观察组切口愈合不良率为0.26%,对照组切口愈合不良率为2.91%,两组切口愈合不良率差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.01）。结论：通过改进缝合方法,提高缝合技巧,精心处理手术中诸多细节和高危病例,能促进产科腹部横切口的良好愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the treating strategy of abdominal transverse incision wound healing.Methods：A retrospective clinical study of 4200 cesarean section cases which were divided into control group included 1992 cases from Jan.2001 to Dec.2002,and study group included 2318 cases form Jan.2002 to Dec.2004.Results：The rate of poor healing in study group was significantly lower than that in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Through improving the methods and technigues of suture,dealing carefully with the details in surgery and High-risk patients the wound healing can be promoted. |
