PNF 技术对肘关节恐怖三联症术后功能恢复的影响

目的：观察本体感觉神经肌肉促进疗法（PNF）对恐怖三联症术后肘关节功能恢复的临床疗效。方法：选取恐怖三联症术后患者40例，随机分为对照组和PNF组各20例。2组均于术后第2d、患者病情稳定后，进行常规肌肉牵伸、肌力训练、关节被动活动等康复治疗。PNF组增加等张训练、收缩-放松、动态反转和稳定性反转等PNF技术。4个月后，用关节活动度和Mayo评分对恐怖三联症术后肘关节功能恢复情况进行评估。结果：4个月后，PNF治疗组的关节活动度和Mayo评分均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：PNF技术对恐怖三联症术后功能恢复有明显疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation on postoperative functional restoration of terrible triad of the elbow

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation （PNF） on treating dysfunction of terrible triad of the elbow after operation. Methods： 40 cases of postoperative terrible triad of the elbow were randomly divided into control group（n=20） and PNF group（n=20）. 2 days postoperation when the disease condition being stable, patients of both groups received conventional rehabilitation therapies including pull and strectch of muscle, strength training, passive activities, etc. The patients in PNF group were treated by PNF additionally, including isotonic training, contraction-relaxation, dynamic inversion, stability reversal, etc. After 4 months, the function of the elbow was assessed by range of motion and Mayo score.Results： After treatment, both the range of motion and Mayo score in PNF group were better than in control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： PNF was effective in functional recovery of terror triad of the elbow after operation, deserving of clinical application.
