摘    要:目的:探讨红花黄素对大鼠脊髓损伤的保护作用。方法:将30只SD大鼠用改良Allen法制备脊髓损伤(SCI)模型后随机均分为2组,红花黄素组腹腔注射红花黄素40 mg/kg,对照组注射等体积生理盐水,共14 d。第1、2、34、7、d取损伤的脊髓组织测定其SOD、MDA含量,观测细胞凋亡情况,采用改良BBB评分法进行行为学评分。结果:与对照组比较,红花黄素组SCI后各时间点SOD活性均显著增高,MDA含量显著降低;细胞凋亡数明显减少2,周后BBB评分明显增高(P均<0.05)。结论:红花黄素能抑制大鼠脊髓损伤局部自由基生成、脂质过氧化和细胞凋亡,对大鼠脊髓损伤有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the protective effects of safflower yellow in rats with spinal cord injury.Methods The spinal cord injury model were prepared in 30 SD rats with modified Allen's method,which were randomly divided into safflower yellow group and model control group.The rats in safflower yellow group were given safflower yellow by intraperitoneal injection with a daily dose of 40 mg/kg for 14 d,while the rats in model control group were given saline with the same volume for 14 d.The injury spinal cord were taken from rats at 1st,2nd,3rd,4th,7th day after administration,respectively.The activity of SOD,content of MDA,cells apoptosis in spinal cord were determined and observed,the neurological function changes were evaluated with modified BBB method.Results Compared with control group,the activity of SOD was significantly increased,the content of MDA and the cells apoptosis in spinal cord of safflower yellow group were significantly decreased at all the time points.The neurological function evaluation of rats in safflower yellow group was significantly increased than that of model control group after administration for 14 d(all P<0.05).Conclusion Safflower yellow could protect the spinal cord from injury by inhibiting the cells apoptosis,the production of free radical and lipid peroxidation.
