静息心率与脑梗死患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度的关系

目的:探讨脑梗死患者静息心率(RHR)与颈动脉内-中膜厚度(CIMT)的关系。方法:按测得RHR值将87例脑梗死患者分为RHR<80次/min组(n=46)与RHR≥80次/min组(n=41),分别测量两组患者的CIMT、空腹血糖、血脂和血尿酸。结果:两组患者空腹血糖、血脂和血尿酸检测差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与RHR<80次/min组相比,RHR≥80次/min组患者的CIMT明显增厚(P<0.01);RHR与CIMT呈正相关(r=0.46,P<0.01)。结论:随着RHR的增加CIMT明显增加,RHR是一个可以反映脑梗死患者动脉硬化程度的指标。

Relationship between Resting Heart Rate and Carotid Intima-Media Thickness in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective To investigate the relationship between resting heart rate （RHR） and carotid intima-media thickness （CIMT） in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods According to their RHR measured with ECG,87 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into RHR 〈 80 beats/min group （ n = 46 ） and RHR ≥80 beats/min group （ n = 41 ）. CIMT, FPG, serum lipid levels and uric acid were measured in two groups, respectively. Results There was no significant difference between two groups in FPG, serum lipid levels and uric acid （P 〉 0.05 ）. The value of CIMT in RHR I〉 80 beats/ min group was significant higher than that of RHR 〈 80 beats/min group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. RHR was positively related with CI- MT （ r = 0.46,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion CIMT was increased significantly following the increasing RHR, and RHR may be a good index to reflect the degree of arteriosclerosis in patients with cerebral infarction.
