实验性急性肾功能衰竭家兔血液流变学的变化

目的 :探讨急性肾功能衰竭 (ARF)兔血液流变学变化与肾皮质局部血流量 (rRBF)的关系。方法 :用5 0 %的甘油 (10ml/kg体重 )行兔后肢肌肉加压注射 ,建立ARF动物模型 ,观察不同时相血液流变学、rRBF以及肾功能 (血Cr、BUN)改变。结果 :ARF组血液流变学指标明显异常 ,rRBF明显降低 ,肾功能明显下降。ηb、ηp、EAI、HCT等与rRBF呈明显负相关 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :①甘油所致ARF家兔血液流变特性明显异常 ;rRBF降低 ;肾功能严重损害。②ARF时血液流变特性恶化和肾局部微循环障碍可能是造成rRBF下降和肾功能损害的直接原因之一

The Study on changes of hemorheology in rabbits with acute renal failure

Objective To explore the relationships between the changes of hemorheology and regional renal blood flow (rRBF) in acute renal failure (ARF) in rabbits.Method The models of ARF were established by high pressure injection of 50% glycerine into muscle of hind legs in rabbits. The details of hemorrhology , rRBF, Blood Cr?BUN were observed before and after ARF. Results The renal function remarkably declined and rRBF decreased obviously in ARF, meanwhile, hemorrheological indexes were evidently abnormal.ηb,ηp, EAI, HCT were clearly negatively related to rRBF ( P <0.05) in ARF.Conclusion The results show that ARF by injection of glycerine can induce hemorrheological abnormalities,the decrease of rRBF and occurrence of the severe renal function damages.The hemorrheological abnormalities and the renal microcircular obstacle in ARF may be one of the direct causes which lead to the rRBF decrease and the renal function damages.
