杜仲康茶对性功能的影响及其急性毒性实验研究

目的探讨杜仲康茶对大鼠性功能的影响及其对小鼠的急性毒性作用。方法采用壮阳试验和交配实验方法。结果杜仲康茶０．２、０．６和２ｇ／ｋｇ灌胃有使阴茎勃起潜伏期缩短的趋势，但是与对照组相比无显著性差异。杜仲康茶２ｇ／ｋｇ组明显增多雄性大鼠交配实验中的扑捉次数和射精次数，明显缩短射精潜伏期。杜仲康茶以最大浓度最大剂量给小鼠灌胃后观察７ｄ，全部动物存活，未观察到急性毒性的发生。结论杜仲康茶具有增强雄性大鼠性功能的作用，且无毒性作用

EFFECT OF DUZHONGKANGCHA ON SEXUAL BEHAVIOR AND ITS ACUTE TOXICITY

ObjectiveTo observe the effects of Duzhongkangcha(DZKC) on the sexual activity of the male rats and the acute toxic reaction of DZKC in mice.MethodsThe penis of the male rats was stimulated by electrical stimulation to cause erection,and the sexual intercourse of the male and female rats was observed.ResultsDZKC 0.2 , 0.6 and 2 g/kg oral for 21 days shorted the stimulation time for erection in the male rats,but not significantly.DZKC at 2 g/kg significantly increased the times of sexual intercourse and the times of ejaculation of the male rats.Oral administration of DZKC at 88.9 g/kg did not cause any toxic reaction in mice.ConclusionAdministration of DZKC for 21 days increases the sexual ability of the male rat,and DZKC has no acute toxic effect in the mice.
