| 摘 要： | 目的 提供烧伤或创伤皮肤缺损修复所需的表皮细胞.方法 采用少量的自体或异体表皮细胞,体外培养后移植于创面.结果 移植后表皮细胞成活增殖,皮肤获得重建.结论 本方法为烧伤或创伤患者在皮源不足的情况下,及时快速通过体外培养上皮细胞,移植后表皮获得重建,是解决烧伤或创伤皮肤缺损修复的重要方法. |

| Abstract: | Objective To provide the epidermic cells for the treatment of burn or trauma. Methods Small amounts of the epitermic cells were cultured in vitro and transplant to the burning surface. Results It was shown that the epitermic cells could grow and form skin on the burning surface after transplantation. Conclusion The method might be used for the treatment of burning or trauma, which provide a new way to obtain enough epitermic cells to cover the trauma surface in time. |
