摘    要:目的 分析大鼠口服知母总皂后吸收入血的情况,为进一步研究知母总皂苷的药理作用提供化学物质依据。方法给大鼠灌胃知母皂苷2.5g/kg,于不同时间采集血清样品,用电喷雾质谱(ESI—MS)检测知母皂苷吸收入血成分。结果通过比较给药前后的TOF总离子流图,对给药后血浆中特征峰的保留时间及相关化合物离子峰进行了比较分析,在血浆中发现了两个原型皂苷。结论大鼠口服知母总皂苷后,知母皂苷B-Ⅱ和知母皂苷B-Ⅲ被吸收入血。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the constituents of saponins from Anemarrhena asphodeloides absorbed into rat serum after oral administration. Methods Serum was collected after oral administration of 2. 6 g/kg saponins from Anemarrhena asphodeloides to rats. The sample was detected by ESI-MS. Results A total of two characteristic HPLC peaks in the TIC chromatograms were found based on comparing total ion chromatograms of the blank with the metalolic serum as well as mass spectra. Conclusion Timosaponin B- Ⅱ and timosaponin B-Ⅲ were absorbed into serum after oral administration of saponins from Anemarrhena asphdeloides.
