摘    要:综述近年来白芍总苷(TGP)在心血管、神经、内分泌代谢、消化、泌尿生殖、皮肤和骨骼系统病变等方面的药理研究,为治疗相关疾病提供依据.综括TGP治疗上述疾病的作用机制,仍以拮抗氧化应激反应和调整导致疾病产生及发展的炎症细胞因子及影响其相关的信号转导通路,以及调节相关的细胞凋亡等为主线.今后TGP研究层面,仍应从整体→组织...

Pharmacological effects of total glycosides of paeony

Abstract:In order to provide evidence for controlling cardiovascular,neurological,endocrine and metabolic,digestive,urogenital,dermatic and skeletal systems to related clinical diseases,the pharmacological effects of total glycosides of paeony(TGP) on all the above systems have been reviewed in the near years.All of the mechanisms of TGP were continued to occupy the leading position that TGP antagonized oxidative stress reaction,modified correlative pro-inflammatory cytokines and controlled signal transduction pathway,regulated apoptosis,which involved in the occurrence and development of corresponding disease.According to the brief summarization in this paper,henceforth,it suggests that the research and development levels of TGP ought to start from the whole body first,then to tissues,to cells,to molecular and to genes,and with the signal transduction pathway.
