| 摘 要： | 目的了解广州市荔湾区HIV感染者与艾滋病患者的生活质量和耻辱现状,分析其相关的影响因素。方法通过一对一问卷调查方法,采用一般情况问卷、MOS-HIV量表和Berger-HIV耻辱量表对72例HIV感染者/AIDS患者进行调查,其中收回有效问卷56份,对其生活质量和相关耻辱进行典型相关分析。结果典型相关分析结果显示,耻辱量表中影响较大的因素是个人耻辱（X1）,载荷量是-0.761;生存质量量表中影响较大的是情绪（Y9）,载荷量是0.952。个人耻辱与情绪呈负相关（相关系数为0.727,P〈0.05）。结论HIV/AIDS患者的个人耻辱感越强,其情绪就越差。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the quality of life and stigma status among people living with HIV/AIDS in Li Wan District, Guangzhou, and analyze the related factors. Methods Fifty-six patients with HIV/AIDS were investigated by one- to-one questionnaire method. General condition questionnaire, MOS-HIV quality of life measuring scale （Chinese version） and Berger-HIV Stigma scale were applid to measure quality of life and perceived stigma, which was analyzed by canonical correlation analysis. Results The results of canonical correlation analysis indicated that personalized stigma （ X1 ） was the main factor for stigma, loading is - 0. 76. The main factor for quality of life is emotion （ Y9）, loading is 0. 952. There was a significant negative correlation between the personalized stigma with emotion （ canonical correlation coefficient 0. 727, P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The more personalized stigma that the patients with HIV/AIDS feel, the worse emotion. |
