SIMULECT预防肾移植术后早期急性排斥反应的临床报告

目的：观察SIMULECT对肾移植术后是期移植肾排斥反应的预防效果及其副作用。方法：选择适合病人128例，对其中62例应用SIMULECT，余为对照组，观察在术后30天内两组间排斥反应的发生及血肌酐的下降情况和感染的比率间的差异。结果：病人在术后的30天内，用SIMULECT组出现急性排斥表现的例数明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。术后血肌酐水平用SIMULECT组低于对照组，而感染情况不见加重。结论：SIMULECT是一种安全、有效的免疫抑制剂，对减少术后早期急性排斥的发生，加快移植肾的恢复和血肌酐的下降速度有明显的作用，同时又未发现明显的副作用。

A clinical report of SIMULECT in prevention of early acute rejection of kidney transplantation

Objective: To explore the prophylaxis of early acute rejection and its side effects of SIMULECT in renal transplantation. Methods: There were 62 patients in SIMULECT group and 66 patients in control group, the acute rejection rate of the first 30 days postoperation, serum creatinine and infection rate were observed Results: The acute rejection rate of the SIMULECT group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P <0 05) The serum creatinine of the SIMULECT group was also lower than that of the control group There was no difference in the infection rate of two groups Conclusion: SIMULECT is safe and effective, it can decrease the rate of early acute rejection, promote the recovering of the graft function and decreasing of serum creatinine without obvious side effects
