| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨疤痕子宫阴道分娩产程观察及护理.方法 对具备阴道试产指征的80例疤痕子宫阴道分娩的孕妇做好心理护理和产程观察.记录产妇的分娩方式、产后出血量、新生儿等情况.结果 80例有阴道试产条件的孕妇中有68例行阴道分娩,阴道分娩成功率为85％,阴道试产中改行剖宫产术的12例,产后出血1例,无子宫破裂、新生儿窒息及其它合...

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the labor observation and nursing of the vaginal delivery after cesarean section.Methods 80 women with scarred uterus attempted trial of labor were cared by psychological nursing and close labor observation,we measured the mode of the delivery,postpartum hemorrhage volume and neonatal outcomes.Results Of the 80 women,68 had successful vaginal delivery,the vagianl delivery rate is 85%,12 women were transferred to cesarean section.We noticed 1 case of postpartum hemorrhage,while neither r... |
