| 摘 要： | 目的 建立一种检测中药中重金属砷的方法，控制中草药质量。方法 微波消解一原子荧光光度法。结果 与原子吸收法比较，两种分析方法检测结果t检验无显性差异，原子荧光光度法灵敏度提高了1倍，且快速、灵敏、准确、选择性高。结论 原子荧光光度法适合于检测中草药中重金属砷。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the arsenic in chinese medicines. Methods Microwave digested-atomic fluorescence spectrometric. Results The results from two methods had no distinguishability,while atomic fluorescence spectrometric had higher sensibility. Conclusion The methods in this article are stable and reliable and can be used in determination of arsenic in chinese medicines. |
