| 摘 要： | 目的了解产科因素对脐血心肌酶学的影响。方法采集2003年4月-6月间118例正常新生儿脐血，测定心肌酶学值。结果正常新生儿脐血心肌酶学值高于成人标准值，平均为SGOT54．88U／L、LDH543．5U／L、CK245．55U／L和CK—MB 92.73U／L。产程长短、羊水混浊、胎儿体重增加和分娩方式等因素对心肌酶学无影响。结论脐血心肌酶学的测定不受妊娠分娩等产科因素的影响，可以作为胎儿和新生儿心肌受损的监测指标，但其正常值不同于成人，需重新制定标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the influence of obstetrics factors for cardiac enzymes in cord blood. Methods Investigations were performed in a group of 118 newborns delivered after 37 weeks of pregnancy. The levels of cardiac enzymes including SGOT, LDH, CK and CK-MB in the umbilical cord blood of neonates were determined from April to June in 2003. Results The values of SGOT, LDH, CK and CK-MB in the umbilical cord blood of neonates were higher than those in adult blood. The factors including the duration of labor, color of amniotic fluid, fetus weight and the ways of delivery were not correlated with the values of cardiac enzymes in umbilical cord blood. Conclusion No correlation was found between the values of cardiac enzymes in umbilical cord blood and obstetrics factors, but the normal standard values of the neonates are different from those of the adults. |
