摘    要:目的探讨影响考试焦虑水平的因素。方法采用考试相关情况调查表分别对727个学生进行考试前1个月、考试期间考试焦虑分数及其他情况进行调查,分析影响考试应激水平的因素。结果考试焦虑水平与年级(年龄)、性格总分、考试事件成正比,与自信心、体育锻炼、自我学业评价、客观支持1、主观支持1、社会支持的利用度、考试成绩成反比。结论自信心和自我学业评价越高的学生,积极参加一定量和一定强度的体育锻炼,家长和学校给予的社会支持,以及参加适当的社会活动,有助于让学生减缓考试焦虑的水平。

Abstract:Objective To study the factors influencing anxiety during examination. Methods We investigated the level of examination anxiety and its influential factors during pre - exam and mid - exam periods of 727 students with the questionnaire of examination stress factors. Results Grade, the fraction of personality, events about examination are positively co - related with examination anxiety. But the self- confidence.self- appraisal of school work. level of physical exercise and social support (including objective and subjective support) are negative with exam anxiety: Conclusion It denotes that the stronger the self- confidence. the higher the self-appreciaton of school work, a certain quantity and intensity of physical exercise, the lower will be the level of anxiety. The parents and school should give the students more social support, let them take part in social activities, and cultivate their ability to utilize the social support for all of them are helpful to release the test - anxiety too.
