| 摘 要： | 目的 比较彩色多普勒超声(CDU)与核素扫描对睾丸扭转和急性附睾炎的鉴别诊断价值。方法 分析比较ll例睾丸扭转和17例急性附睾炎的超声图像和核素扫描图像。结果 CDU诊断准确率为100％，核素扫描误诊3例，正确率为88．9％。结论 与核素显像相比，CDU具有准确率高，方便快捷，符合急诊手术需要，无射线损害等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the differential diagnostic value of ultrasonography and nuclear imaging between torsion of testis and acute epididymitis. Methods The 2-DE and CDFI ultrasound images and nuclear images of 17 patients with acute epididymitis and 11 patients with torsiom of testis were analysed and compared. Results The coincidence rate of ultrasonography was 100% and that of nuclear imaging was 88.9%. There was disdiagnosis of nuclear imaging in 3 patients. Conclusion Compared with nuclear imaging, ultrasonography was more accurate, more convenient and without radiation injury. |
