| 摘 要： | 目的探讨补充肉毒碱治疗少弱精子症的疗效与安全性。方法80例不育症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,治疗组口服肉毒碱口服液,对照组服用VitC与VitE,治疗3月后评定疗效。结果口服肉毒碱的治疗组有效率为82.25%,精浆肉毒碱浓度有明显增高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论口服补充肉毒碱治疗少弱精子症疗效显著,无严重不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of L-carnitine supplement in the treatment of male infertility. Methods Eighty patients with infertility were divided in two groups, 40 treatment group and 40 control group. The patients in treatment group took the L-canitine liquid, 2 g daily, while those controls took Vit C and Vit E. The results were evaluated after 3 months. Results The effective rate was 82.25% ,and seminal L-carnitine concentration and total carnitine increased in treatment group. Compared with controls, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The L-carnitine supplement to treat male infertility is effective and safe. |
