摘    要:目的探讨5-羟色胺(5-HT)与肠易激综合征(irritablebowelsyndrome,IBS)发病的关系。方法应用荧光分光光度法测定IBS患者和对照组血清5HT、游离色氨酸(TP)和总TP含量。应用高效液相色谱仪测定乙状结肠粘膜中2-HT的含量。结果与对照组比较,腹泻型血清5-HT浓度(496.27±128.22ng/ml)显著升高(P<0.05)。两种类型乙状结肠粘膜5-HT含量(187767±655.00ng/g,1899.55±817.89ng/g)均显著高于对照组(1202.69±512.69ng/g)(P<0.05)。结论5-HT浓度升高可能与IBS发病有关;IBS患者5-HT含量升高与血清中总TP或游离TP浓度无关。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and the patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Methods The contents of free tryptophan (TP), total TP, 5-HT in serum and 5-HT in sigmoid colon mucosa specimens were detected by spectrofluorophotometry and high-performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) with thin-layer electrochemical (EC) detection method in patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and healthy volunteers. Results The concentrations of 5-HT in the serum of diarrhea-predominant IBS, the contents of 5-HT in both diarrhea-predominant IBS and constipation-predominant IBS in sigmoid colon mucosa were significantly higher; the concentrations of free and total TP were similar to those of the control group. Conclusion The results suggest that higher level of 5-HT may be involved in the pathogenic mechanism. The results also suggest that the increased content of 5-HT in the patients with IBS is not related to total and free TP in serum.
