淋巴细胞凋亡与慢性肾衰免疫功能低下的关系

目的探讨淋巴细胞凋亡与慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者免疫功能低下之间的关系。 方法28例CRF患者分为透析组和非透析组,应用Annexin—V及PI双标记结合流式细胞技术及电镜观察,检测两组患者淋巴细胞的凋亡率及。肾功能指标,并与27例肾功能正常者的检测值进行对比分析。 结果淋巴细胞的减少与细胞凋亡过度相一致。两组CRF患者淋巴细胞的凋亡率均显著高于肾功能正常组(P<0.01),且透析组高于非透析组(P<0.05);肾功能指标与淋巴细胞凋亡率呈正相关(P<0.01)。 结论CRF患者免疫功能低下与淋巴细胞过度凋亡有关;肾功能指标与淋巴细胞凋亡率呈正相关。

Relationship Between Lymphocyte Apoptosis and Infection in CRF Patients

Objective To study the relationship between immunodeficiency and lymphocyte ap-optosis in the patients who suffered from chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods 28 CRF patients divided into hemodialysis group( HD) and non - hemodialysis group( nHD) . Comparision of the lymphocyte ap-optosis rate of the 2 groups were measured by Annexin - V + PI double marker and flowcytometer ( FCM) and transmission electron microscopy and 27 normal persons for control. Results The reduce of lymphocyte complied with the overage apoptosis of lymphocyte. The lymphocyte apoptosis rates of the both CRF groups were higher than the control group ( P < 0. 01 ) ; and of the HD group was higher than the nHD group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Renal function was positively related to the lymphocyte apoptosis rate ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Overage apoptosis of lymphocyte can trigger immunodeficiency in CRF patients. Renal function positively related to the lymphocyte apoptosis rate.
