| 摘 要： | 近年来先天性心脏病(CHD)的介入治疗获得了长足的进展。CHD的经导管封堵术已成为一种常规的治疗手段,但植入体内的封堵器可能对人体造成潜在的危害。旨在减少或消除体内异物残存的生物可降解封堵器可能是一种更好的选择。由于血管内支架技术的进展,经皮瓣膜置换术引起了广泛的关注,随着装置和技术的进一步改进和提高,该方法有望成为瓣膜病变的常规治疗手段。"镶嵌治疗"是CHD的一种新的治疗策略,外科医师和介入治疗医师相互协作并发挥其特长,从而为CHD提供最合适的治疗方法以获取最佳的治疗效果。这一崭新的理念将会给某些复杂CHD患者带来新的治疗选择。
