载银抗菌基托树脂的加工工艺

摘    要:目的探讨载银抗菌基托树脂的加工工艺及其可行性。方法采用球磨法制备抗菌牙托粉母料技术将载银无机抗菌剂FUMAT T200-44添加在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯粉体中,热压聚合成载银抗菌基托树脂。以普通基托树脂作为对照,进行大体、扫描电镜观察,比较论证该加工工艺的可行性。结果大体观察显示载银抗菌基托树脂色泽均匀,半透明,表面光泽细致,除颜色略偏白外与普通基托树脂无明显差异。扫描电镜观察显示载银抗菌基托树脂表面均匀散布直径约1μm的FUMAT T200-44颗粒,无气泡、裂隙等缺陷存在。结论添加载银抗菌剂对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯基托树脂的结构无明显影响。球磨法制备抗菌牙托粉母料技术可使载银抗菌剂在基托树脂中分散良好。

Abstract:Objective To preliminarily explore the process technics of antibacterial denture base resin. Methods Silver base inorganic antibacterial agent (SBIAA) FUMAT T200-4 was incorporated into poly methyl methyacrylate (PMMA) denture base resin power with ball-grinding method, and the denture base resin was cured by heat as usual. To verify the process technics, the structure of antibacterial denture base resin containing silver was observed grossly and scanned by electronic microscopy, and was compared with the common denture base resin. Results The antibacterial denture base resin containing silver was semi-transparent in uniform color and highly polished. Except that its color was more white, there was little difference between the antibacterial denture base resin and the common one. When observed by a scanning electronic microscope, FUMAT T200-4 was well dispersed in denture base resin and there were few air bubbles and crannies in the structure. Conclusion There was little influence on PMMA denture base resin with addition of SBIAA. The process technics of ball-grinding can make SBIAA well dispersed in the denture base resins.
