| 摘 要： | 目的研究勃起障碍(ED)患者阴茎海绵体连接蛋白43(Cx43)和神经性一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)mRNA的表达,探讨ED的发病机理。方法应用RTPCR方法检测9例器质性ED患者阴茎海绵体标本组织中Cx43、nNOSmRNA的表达,以6例具有正常勃起功能者的海绵体组织作为对照进行比较分析。结果器质性ED患者阴茎海绵体Cx43、nNOSmRNA的表达量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论器质性ED的发生与缝隙连接的Cx43mRNA以及nNOSmRNA表达下降有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the mechanism of erectile dysfunction(ED) through the study on expression of Cx43 and nNOS mRNA in the corpus cavernosum of patients with ED. Methods Cavernosal specimens of 9 patients were obtained from patients with organic ED, and from 6 controls with normal erectile function. The expressions of Cx43 and nNOS mRNA in corpus cavernosum were studied with RT-PCR. Results The expressions of Cx43 mRNA and nNOS mRNA were more decreased than in controls. Conclusion The development of organic ED was related to the decreases of Cx43 mRNA of Gap junction and nNOS mRNA. |
