| 摘 要： | 本实验使用健康杂种家狗制成急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)模型,设对照组和治疗组,用益母草针剂作治疗药物,以肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、滤过钠排泄分数(FE_(Na))、肾血流量(RBF)及动物存活情况作为观察指标,研究益母草对狗缺血型ARF的治疗作用。实验结果表明除Cr外,上述指标两组差异均十分明显,证明益母草治疗狗缺血型初发期ARF具有显著效果,并对其作用机理作了初步讨论。

| Abstract: | The effect of motherwort injection in the treatment of ischemic acute renal failure (ARF) was studied in dogs. The experimental animals were divided into two groups: the motherwort group and the control group. In the former group FE_(Na), BUN and RBF showed significant difference (P<0.01) as compared with the latter, and the mortality was markedly lower than in the control group. Motherwort appeared to be an effective drug in treating ischemic ARF in animal experiment, and the authors suggest that it may be used in clinical practice. The mechanism of the action of this drug was discussed in detail. |
